Installation and setup Remote Control PRO consists of two modules: the Server Module and the Administrator Workplace. To effectively manage and control remote network computers please install the Server Module on EVERY computer you wish to control, and then install the Administrator Module on the computer of the Network Administrator. Please find detailed Server and Administrator modules installation instructions below Server Module installation and setup Start SETUP.EXE on the computer you wish to control Select the Server Installation option Follow the installation instructions Start the Server application Choose how the Server Module will be running on this computer (NT service or normal application) Select and configure the transport module properties Click the Save and ‘lose button to save the configuration Start the Server Module again. Click the Run button to start the application Administrator Workplace installation and setup Start SETUP.EXE on the computer you wish to use to control remote PC's Select the Administrator Module Installation option Follow the installation instructions Start the Administrator Workplace application Create a new connection and configure it to connect to the computer you've installed the Server Module on Click the Connect button Control remote PC.
