When monitoring an SMTP, POP3, NNTP or IMAP server, the mail server monitor attempts to log into the server using specified login and password. In the case of the successfull login the program logs out and states that the server is available. If the login fails, the program states that the server is out of order.

Please set the TCP/IP address and port of your mail server in the dialog above to allow the program to monitor the server on the regular basis. You can also specify the server authentication information (user login and password) that will be used in the mail server monitoring process.
