When monitoring free or used disk space, this hardware monitor periodically checks the amount of the used or available disk space on the local or remote computer and notifies the Network Administrator that the server is down if either the free space left is less then the value specified in the Server Properties Dialog or amount of used space exceeds specified limits:

Please specify the full path to the shared folder you wish to monitor and the disk space limits the disk object should reach before the program will send you an alert. You can also set up a user name and password the program will use to log into a remote computer before checking the disk space usage if this machine does not have trusted relations with the computer you use to run our hardware monitor on.
