The Error Log tab displays errors and messages that occurred when the Client module analyzed the client's computer. For each error log record it displays the following:
* Error category and subcategory
* Error severity level, i.e. whether this record is a critical detection error or not
* Error text

There are four error severity or critical levels:
* Warning. Some information about the computer being analyzed was not retrieved, but the program does not think that this fact can be treated as an error.
* Error. A single property of a computer element was not retrieved, e.q. the program was unable to determine the processor speed.
* Subcritical error. Information about a computer element was not retrieved, e.q. the program was not able to identify the processor information.
* Critical error. Detection process failed in common, e.q. if the user has interrupted the detection process.
