Q: Why does the Ctrl+Alt+Del menu item in the Administrator Module not work??
A: This option can be used only in case you are running the Server Module as a Windows NT service. It cannot be used to emulate the Ctrl+Alt+Del keystroke on Windows 9X systems or if the Server Module runs as a normal application on an NT computer.
Q: I use my console application on the server side. Why does the Administrator Module not display the screen updates when running this application in full screen mode?
A: Unfortunately, the Windows operating system architecture does not allow the program to capture the screen if running it in full screen mode. No remote control product can do this because of this limitation.
