If the program detects that the server is not responding, it can execute external programs (e.g. network tools that will bring the server up), optionaly passing server address and other server options to the program in the command-line parameters:

Please select the event when the external network tool should be executed and specify the full path to the network tool program executable file, command-line parameters (optional) and set the value of the "Hide the program window" option to the appropriate value. You can also use the Preview button to check how Alchemy Eye will react to your settings in the case of the server event.
