The Remote Control option allows you to view and control remote network computers without having to leave your workplace. Connect to the remote computer over the network and, having the remote computer's desktop on your screen, launch programs, change computer settings, etc. by using their own keyboard and mouse. Please note that you must install the Remote Control agent included in the program installation to the remote computer before you can control it with this screen.
