The Device Properties Dialog allows you to change the properties of the selected device for the future inventory sessions:

·	Display name: The name this device will have in the program's GUI. Does not affect any underlying network activities, such as inventory process.

·	Address: IP address of the device. Will be used during the inventory process to connect to the device by SNMP

·	Port: TCP port the device listens for the incoming SNMP requests (161 by default)

·	Community: The SNMP community used to inventory this device

·	Timeout: The max. amount of time (milliseconds) the program will wait for the successfull SNMP connection to the device during the inventory process

·	SNMP variable list: During the inventory process, the program can retrieve the values for the SNMP variables listed in this screen.
