Asset Tracker for Networks

Asset Tracker for Networks is a tool that helps the Network Administrator to track the network inventory, i.e. software and hardware installed on the user's computers. Asset Tracker for Networks consists of the two parts: Client and Administrator.

The Client part consists of the executable module that runs on the client's computer, inspects it's software and hardware and generates the inspection report in the form of the XML file placed in a shared network folder. The Administrator part consists of the executable module that is able to parse the Client's XML reports and show the information stored in it in the easy and understandable way. For more information about the Administrator part of the pakcage please refer to the Administrator module description.

How to use this program? Since Asset Tracker for Networks is represented by two different modules (Client and Administrator) that work on different computers in the distributed environment, it is very important to carefully configure the program.
